Return & Refund Policy At Deberin’s Creations, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade, customized, personalized, or made specifically for you, we want to make sure our return policy is clear and easy to understand. Custom & Personalized Orders Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, all custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part. Please carefully review your personalization, spelling, colors, sizes, and other selections before submitting your order. Ready-to-Ship Items Eligible ready-to-ship, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly. Damaged or Incorrect Items We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photos of the item and packaging We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Shipping Damage Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Deberin’s Creations is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped, but we will do our best to assist you with the claim process when possible. Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider’s processing time for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Order Changes & Cancellations Because custom products may go into production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order. Once production has begun, an order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification. Final Sale Items Certain items may be marked Final Sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Questions?
